I’m Lucy Spragge, a Kundalini Global teacher and trained Hatha yoga teacher based in Bristol

Breathwork and Kundalini yoga can give us awareness and space to choose how we respond to life. My intention is to hold a safe space where you can trust me to show you how to initiate a change in how you feel.

We work with a powerful quantum field in which we can slowly come to realise our own power. We all have our story and emotional responses to life – my invitation is for you to allow me to show you how with breath, posture and intention you have huge power in your own transformation.

There is a ever-expanding body of scientific research that supports the benefits of yoga, breathwork and meditation in improving and maintaining overall mental and physical health. These benefits include reducing feelings of anxiety, depression, stress and addictive behaviours.

The true connection I have felt through my practice, discovering something greater than myself, has been a huge part of my own recovery from my addictive and anxious nature and I can’t wait to share the tools that have helped me so much with you.
